Free standard UPS ground shipping applies to U.S. domestic orders only. Canada excluded.

BT/MCT exclusively utilizes the shipping service of UPS. Note that UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, a valid street address must be included with all order requests. All orders received by 12 noon PST are intended to process the same business day. Orders placed after 12 noon PST are intended to process the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping and delivery is not available on weekends.

Order volume, inventory availability, weather issues, and UPS delays may affect shipping and delivery times. Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed. All bt-PRO and bt-accent equipment orders are shipped via Second Day Service, unless otherwise specified on the Sales Order Request form. Note additional shipping charges apply to Next Day Air Service, and must be included.
